We’re delighted to share some exciting team news that strengthens our commitment to customers across Ireland and underlines our continued growth: Nigel Kilduff has joined Weiss Technik UK as Business Development Manager for Ireland.
As demand grows for high-performance environmental simulation and climate testing across regulated industries, having the right people on the ground matters. Nigel’s appointment marks an important step in bolstering our local presence in Ireland, ensuring customers benefit from hands-on support, closer relationships and a strong understanding of their day-to-day challenges.
Nigel brings more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, combining technical expertise with commercial insight. His career began on the tools as a Service Engineer, where he developed a deep understanding of how complex systems perform in real-world environments. From there, he progressed into Service Management, overseeing contract sales, technical support and large-scale projects, before moving into a direct sales role where he built a reputation for trusted, solution-led partnerships.
This blend of practical and commercial experience makes him ideally placed to help customers navigate increasingly stringent regulatory requirements, qualification demands and performance expectations. As Nigel puts it, “I bring a strong technical background and a customer-first approach, I’ll move mountains to make our customers happy. And yes… I come with an Irish accent!” His ethos aligns perfectly with our own: practical expertise, responsiveness and long-term customer relationships – making him the perfect fit for this new role.
Outside of work, Nigel’s energy doesn’t slow down. He’s passionate about Muay Thai, mountain biking, cars and motorcycles, and he’s also a two-time championship-winning gearbox kart racer across the UK, Isle of Man and Ireland. And in true Irish fashion, he appreciates a good pint of Guinness.
A Team Built Around Customer Support
Nigel’s arrival also complements the recent appointment of Conor O’Regan as our dedicated Service Technician for Ireland. Conor joined at the end of 2025 to provide on-the-ground service and maintenance support for our Irish customers.
Conor brings valuable hands-on experience from technical roles at major retailers, including Marks & Spencer, Tesco and Co-op. His practical mindset and problem-solving approach help to ensure customer systems remain fully operational and compliant.
Together, Nigel and Conor strengthen both the commercial and technical support available from Weiss Technik UK in Ireland, a combination that allows us to respond quickly, understand customer needs in depth and deliver the high standard of service Weiss Technik is known for.
With Nigel and Conor on board, we’re excited about the future of our Irish operations.
